Where to join Horde vs Alliance on Battle.net?

hey so im new to this site.i was just wondering where,in battle.net can i join ur clan games of Horde vs Alliance? i see SQl games all the time..so why not ex3m? also im not a member of the clan on battle.net,can u tell me how to become one? thanks,much appreciated!
